The son of most famous Spanish guitar makers Marcelo Barbero, he built his own guitars in the workshop of Arcangel Fernández in Madrid from the middle of the 60s. He died in 2007. His guitars are highly demand in collectors’ circles.

This guitar has a very old Madrid school sound, lush treble, very big volume,  a dark, strong and deep bass.
